• 1/9 – Upper Division Standard Registration Closes (a late registration fee may apply for upper-division players who register after this date)
• Winter warmups begin for AAA, Coast, Majors, and above-registered players
  • Baseball is scheduled for 1/14, 1/21, & 1/28
  • Softball is scheduled for 1/13, 1/20, & 1/27

  • SOFTBALL: January 11, January 25 @ Big Rock 2 NO COST FOR CLINIC – Must be registered with VLL for season. Each day will have two sessions: 10 AM League Age 8,9 & 10 Softball (for up to basic or beginner LA10 players) 11 AM League Age 10, 11 & 12 Softball (for more advanced LA10 players and up)

BASEBALL: Four package special $70 – January 3, 10, 17 & 24 at the Cedarcrest High School Batting Cages featuring returning instructor Dakota Nelson ⚾ Focused instruction on mechanics, arm care, command, and game-ready pitching.

• 1/31, 2/7 10am-2pm RAIN OR SHINE! – Player evaluations for upper divisions (ages 9-16), including 8 year olds who want to play up to AAA (February 14, 2026 is reserved as an alternate date – in case of weather delays)
  • NOTE: All players in upper divisions must attend player evaluations. Any player who does not attend (and did not play last year) will not be eligible for the draft and will be placed on a team by the board after the draft has completed.
• 2/6 – Upper division LATE registration (ages 9-16) closes
• 2/16 – Draft and upper division teams formed
• Week of 2/23 – Upper division practices begin

• 3/13 – Lower division (ages 5-8) registration closes
• Week of 3/16 – Lower division (ages 5-8) teams formed
• Week of 3/23 – Upper division (ages 9-16) games begin
• Week of 3/24 – Lower division practices begin

• Week of 4/6 – Quickball’s teams formed
• Week of 4/13 – Quickball’s begin practices
• Week of 4/20 – Lower division (ages 5-8) games begin

• 5/1 – All-Star registration & commitment forms open (upper levels only)
• 5/17 – Upper divisions playoffs begin
• 5/22 – All-Star Teams Rostered
• 5/31 – Upper division playoffs end
