How do I determine my child's league age?

Please use the charts at the bottom of this page and find our child's birth year and month. League age is at the end of that row. Note there are two charts, one for baseball and one for softball.

Are you unsure if you live within our league's boundary?

Programs

To learn more about the programs Valley Little League offers, please visit our baseball and softball program pages.  Also, review our FAQ page and required equipment pages.

* Playing Up

Players (baseball league age eight or softball born 2018) who are considering playing up into AAA, please register for AAA and attend a player evaluation. This will ensure they are considered for playing up. Registering to play up does not guarantee the player will play up to AAA (it is based on multiple factors, including skill level, # of teams, # of players, and draft). If the player isn't selected to play in AAA, they will be placed on an AA team, and a refund will be issued for the difference in registration fees.
